Nestled in the cradle of mountains, this yet unnamed Lake is serene and somewhat secluded. Few people venture to these parts since it is still unknown what creatures were about, but it seems to be placid for the most part.

Moir was tired as she took herself away from the village and around the nearby lake that she wanted to explore. She was looking for the place where she would have to put down her roots to rest, to transition into her next phase of life. She took a look around her as her gnarled walking stick tapped with her rhythm of off beats.
The old woman found a rather large log, popped a squat and sighed in delight as her old bones got a break. Her rheumy eyes could only see in a blurry scene but she had made up for that with honing her instincts.
She would need to reveal some things as well, her thoughts now shifting to that if things that were happening currently. She knew her rest was near even as she did not know when. Her eyes closed and she enjoyed the way the cool breeze touched her once beautiful cheeks.
It seemed like the right place for her, not far from the village that she could see off in the distance. And this was also a point in which she would wait because something niggled at her senses.
Someone special, perhaps, someone who she thought might be the one who would pick up where she left off... But who it was and when it would happen, she did not know. Her mind was starting to fade with her fatigue more and more lately, so she could only trust the feeling. The mists made it hard to tell.
