Despite Lady Naoki’s stated goal of providing each working member of Port Argentium with a home of their own, the hammers only go so fast. For those individuals whose house has not yet been constructed, some interim solution needed to be found.
That solution ended up being First Landing, a large, U-shaped building on the outskirts of The Residential District. If all its beds were filled, it would fit something like two hundred refugees. Some of these beds are in their own small rooms, others are in large bunkhouse-style dormitories. The quality of accommodation is fairly standard, but the amount of personal space one is afforded varies with the number of refugees who have yet to be homed. No one stays here for very long, as with few exceptions, houses are first come, first served in a queue managed by Lady Naoki.
