Tanneth clenched his hand and audibly coughed into it. He simply spoke, "Red, I'll sleep outside. If you get excited tonight then it's better for me to be outside. If I was inside I could easily be cornered due our tent only having one entrance."
He stroked her cheek for a moment, "Bee..."
Tanneth stopped for a moment before quickly hugging her, "Take care of yourself bee."
He separated himself and looked at the large slate stone, "I'm going to need your help lifting this. We need to place it on the foundation we made earlier. I'm not worried about getting mud, since the area is probably still muddy."
Tanneth walked to the stone and grabbed the rounds sticks, "We can push to the oven's base then we'll need to lift together and place it onto the stone brick base. Once that's done I'll need to gather up... plaster... plaster... I guess I'll need to see what I can do to make plaster... We can make a simple clay plaster and use the flax stalks to support it... For a mix, I think one portion of clay for every three portions of sand, and after that's mix up with an equal amount of water.... I think that would work..."
His brows furrowed as his brain leaked its contents. The man stroking his chin with his good hand. He let out a sigh and commented, "We'll get there when we get there, as of now we have two pressing matters, your hotness, and this oven stone."

Appearance: Red hair, blue eyes and a big fluffy red tail, standing at 149 cm tall
Equipment: A ornate quiver with a red fox carved into it, a longbow and three small knives hiding behind the quiver
Skills and Abilities: An amazing shot with a bow and arrow, Red is also very nimble and fast and a really good climber, stealth
Biography: It was the dead of night, Red was sitting outside of a cave, inside more of her kind were sleeping, the dawn was coming and they would often hunt during the night, Red was still very young and knew nothing of the outside world
As she looked up to the sky she heard a weird noise coming from the trees ahead, she quickly went inside in a attempt to hide. She was curious, what could've been that noise ? Where did it came from ?
She dipped her head out the cave, looked around, her ears shifted as she was trying her best to hear any other noises, she heard a animal squeal, maybe a rabbit ?
She followed the sound to find a small rabbit stucked on a trap, almost dead, she circled the animal on all fours, sniffing it and the trap, she stopped, and tried messing with the trap, maybe she could open it and have a free rabbit for herself
The rabbit had stopped moving but Red wasn't even close to open the trap, that's when she heard the sound of a stick breaking, she turned her head and her eyes met with the eyes of a human, she froze for a second, he had a bow in one shoulder and an axe in the other.
She looked at him with her eyes wide open, that was her first time seeing a human, the man stepped forward, she stopped back
"It's okay, said the man, I'm not going to hurt you," said the man, stepping forward one more time
She was curious about the man but also cautious, the man slowly put his items on the ground and said "are you lost ?"
At first he didn't notice the tail or the ears, walking one more step forward and with the light slowly getting more brighter with a new day coming he realised she wasn't a human child but a vulx
"Are you..." Before he could complete his words Red took off running, the man stopped for a second, thought to himself, then quickly picked up his stuff and chased the girl
"Hey, wait, don't go that way, it's dangerous," he shouted as he ran after her
Red was running in a completely different direction than the cave she was outside of, she was fast, and the man couldn't keep up, but she fell as the same time as a clanking sound could been heard, with no clue to what just happened she looked ate her leg
She had been caught in a trap much similar to the one with the rabbit, the trap had metal bits that would quickly snap together much like a bear trap but it was smaller, although it didn't broke any of her bones, the trap still hurt a lot and she let out a sharp cry of pain
The man found her quickly, he approached her saying in a gentle voice "it's okay little one, i'm going to help you okay"
As he reached for the trap, Red scratched the man's arm, in response he tried to calm her down, and slowly reached for the trap again
"I can get you out of there, I'm going to help you" he said pressing on a small lever on the side of the trap and pulling it open
She quickly tried to get away but couldn't , the man slowly approached her speaking in a calm voice "if you let me carry you, I'll bring you to my cabin and I will heal you." He patted her on the head and them took her with him, once on the cabin he took a look at her ankle "you won be able to move for a while, but i'll take care of you." He pointed at himself "Anderson." He did that a couple of times then pointed at her but she didn't knew how to talk "well, i'll just call you Red then"
For the next few weeks he would treat her, feed her and make sure she was worm. Her, in the other hand seemed to mimick him and was learning fast but still wasn't able to talk.
Everything stayed the same for a while, there wasn't much for her to do but Anderson tried his best to teach her words and even showed her his books but with no success, he told her stories and shared his experiences, but after some time she was healed and he decided to take her back
Anderson was visibly upset about that, it was he's dream to have a family but wasn't able to have kids but the forest was her home. He took her to the spot where she found her, this time she came walking on both feet
"As promised, now that you're better I brought you home," he said
"N n n no" she said
"You can speak ?" He's eyes shot open
She pointed at herself and continued "o o o out a sider."
Although she was born with the others, she never felt like she belonged, there was some much to be learned and she had grown attached to the man

Red opened her mouth but than stopped "I guess you're right," she sighed, than listened to Tanneth, after that she put herself in the position to push the stone and started pushing it into position near the oven.
"It was lucky to find this stone wasn't it ?" Red, with Tanneth's help got in position than tried to lifted to see how much weight the thing had.
The stone was really heavy but together they might be able to place it, once her 'hun' got ready she would try to help him.
Red wasn't the most strong of individuals but she did her best to lift as best as she could, her eyes were making sure Tanneth wasn't putting any weight on his bad leg and if he was, Red would tell him to stop doing it so or as, she said, "I'm getting mad at you and you won't be able to... You know... With me."
She was bluffing

Tanneth would get prepared, she could tell by how he flexed his legs, that his good leg was taking the brunt of the weight and his healing leg took not as much. After it was placed on the foundation they built earlier, Tanneth knelt down and began packing the mud into the cracks. He commented, "we might be able to find clay in the river bed... sand as well."
Tanneth thought about their rope basket, "I think we're going to need something that won't leak water. We should look for any large bits of sharp stone, something like flint or obsidian... we'll need to use that like a saw or axe and may a bowl from wood. I'm guessing that'll take us... another week or so? Unless you know of another way to do this, I'm open to any suggestions you might have."
Tanneth looked at Red, "Unfortunately for your instincts I have a promise to keep."
He smiled. "For now we can... WAIT!" Tanneth exclaimed, "I've been overthinking this! We just need clay and the straw components! YES BABY!"
In a moment of excitement, Tanneth hugged and lifted Red up with his good arm. Red would notice that his left arm weakly moved. He energetically said, "The rope basket will do! We should be able to finish this oven, this week!"
He suddenly kissed her and looked at their oven, "This baby should be cooking real soon!"
Tanneth put her down and blushed, after his outburst, "...sorry about that..."

Red nodded, "I'm pretty sure a saw some sand around the river, I don't know about clay but I think there is some... Maybe," she said, she sighed "Another week ? Guess we should start soon than."
Red shook her head "I know about plants, poems and hunting." She than got surprised by Tanneth suddenly lifting her, she giggled and got excited that they wouldn't take as long to make the oven once on the ground again she said "I didn't talked about this because I didn't want to raise your expectations but I'm not sure if you noticed Hun but your arm is making small movements, maybe if you tried to move it more and more you'll be able to use it again, also there's no need to apologize, that was fun."

Tanneth grinned, "I know... it's tingly to be completely honest... I think it's beginning to heal, the wound was deep so it healing, well I wasn't sure if it could."
Tanneth rubbed the back of his head with his good hand, "I apoligized because in that moment I was inconsiderate with you being in heat. I- I... just wanted to apolgize since being in heat has been so hard on you."
Tanneth paused, "If you want I can pick you up again, then I can carry you away." He smiled cheekily.

Red was, well, red, and she avoided too much eye contact, it seemed that the effect of the cold water was wearing off, for now it wasn't as bad as when she woke up but she was confident that she would be able to control herself

Tanneth hobbled to the basket, "Either you or I need to gather clay and the other needs to gather woodburo flax. Whoever gathers the clay will need the basket. Anyone of us could use one of the furs in our tent to hold the flax."
He picks it and turns to Red, "So what do you want to do? Do you want to gather the flax or the clay?"
Tanneth watched for her reaction, his gazing falling upon her ruby lips. It was clear from just his eyes that Tanneth was infatuated with her. His eyes dart upwards to her own, before falling back to her lips. Tanneth leaned forwards before stopping himself, "I- I can do the clay if you don't know how. I'll make sure not to hurt myself."

Red thought for a second her tail spinning in circles as usual "I think I can gather a bunch of flax and then help you bring back the clay, that way we would be able to bring more clay at once, this basket will weight a lot when it filled. How about that ?"
The Vulx quickly noticed the way Tanneth looked at her, she smirked and went to walk in his direction but held herself saying "i-i'm going to get the flax start getting the clay." As she left
She moved fast, still, it took her a while to gather a big amount of the Woodburo Flax, more time than Tanneth would fill the basket but eventually she arrived to help, if any help was needed

Tanneth took the basket with him as he hobbled to the river. His gaze lingered on Red longer than he had wanted. Tanneth shook his head and eventually made it to the river. He began digging around near the river, first getting loose bits of gravel, then sand... then something smooth sticky and damp. It was the clay.
Tanneth scooped it up and threw it into the basket, repeating this process for nearly an hour before his arms felt like jelly. He sat down watching the river flow down. His head turned back and the man waved at Red as she walked down. "I'm guessing you're done with the flax."
He smiled, "I got the basket somewhat filled, my arms are just tired so I sat down to rest."

"The flax is at the camp Hun," Red said she approached Tanneth sat near the river and threw some water on her face to see if it would help, her eyes met with Tanneth's for a second, than she started filling the basket, making sure, by asking Tanneth, that she was doing it right
After Tanneth's rest and after Red finished helping with the clay, she would help him bring the basket back, "I'm excited to have a place to call home with someone I love again, also, I've noticed the way you've been looking at me, tomorrow we'll be the last day you'll have to wait Hun, after that, well, you know."

Tanneth smiled, "I haven't really tried to keep a secret, love. I just can't act on it until you're ready. I'm also quite happy to be with you and to stay with you... not to mention I cherish every kiss you've given me."
Tanneth, with Red's help, hefted the clay to the oven's base. He would hobble back to grab the flax. Tanneth begain placing the wet clay in a circular fashion, mixing the flax into the clay as he did that. Tanneth would ask for Red's help and if she helped the process would take them around an hour to complete. The structure was a dome with a round opening wider than Tanneth's shoulders.

Red enjoyed every minute she spent with Tanneth, even if that meant lifting heavy stuff, she was also helped him as much as possible, the oven was a important step in the direction of a house
"I just realized something," she said while helping "we're building a house but I already feel like a have a home because I'm with you Hun." She winked at him
Time passed and soon enough they were done but she started to get as bad as in the morning "Hun." She was panting as she talked "I don't know if I can resist this."

"Homes don't always take the shape of a house," Tanneth replied, "Sometimes it's a cave in the side of a cliff or a small tent and even at times just the company you have with you. For me, I think my home is whereever you are. The target of one's love tends to coincide with their home."
His eyes lingered for a momenet.Tanneth nodded, "The cold water helped this morning, do you think it'll help again? If not I'm afraid that I'll need to make those rope pants."
That last one, Tanneth inflexed with his usual joking tone. He smiled, "Maybe you can't, sometimes people can't do things alone. But if you can't then I'm here to help. I'm sure there's a few things we can try to see if it helps."

Red seemed to be more and more in heat, she would get closer to Tanneth, she rested her head on his chest, he would be able to notice her body's reaction to her situation, she was extremely hot, almost feverish hot
"This hurts a bit." She chuckled, "I never felt the heat this bad, I think it's because I wanted to be one with you before the heat came." She hugged him really tight, her strength wasn't enough to hurt Tanneth like this but it would be easy to notice that she lied about hurting a bit, it was hurting more than a bit
Her body was too hot, and soon she would start to loose her senses, even Tanneth's joke didn't work because she was focused on holding herself "Hun." He voice was weaker than normal, "I want you to stay here and wait for me here, I'm going through the river and I'll be there for a while."
Red slowly walked to the river, if Tanneth tried coming with her, she wouldn't let him, his presence made harder to resist because of her own desires.

Tanneth watched as Red walked to the river. His focus lingered on her and his thoughts hoping only the best for her. Tanneth gathered some sticks and began placing them in the storage chamber they had built during contruction of the oven. Tanneth began to gather more woodburo flax from the surrounding area, taking to where they had the left over clay. Tanneth mixed the flax stalks into the clay and shaped it into a large pot. In his honest opinion they had eaten meat so much that it was beginning to lose its flavor for him. Soup would be a nice change for him. Tanneth took some of the spare rocks they had to the original firepit and propped up the flattest of the much above the firewood. Next to the firepit he placed the clay pot to dry.
Tanneth stood up and simply sighed. What they had was decent, but quite honestly he need to make himself a loom. It wasn't on the list... but an extra set of clothes, and most importantly new pants. His... pants were cut back when he had the incident with the wolves and that made them essentially knee-high shorts. And his shirt... oh wait that was used for a torch. Tanneth sighed once more and internalized what they would need. It was largely wood, although a few sticks and his rope might do the trick.
Tanneth took to the edge of the clearing and six or seven sticks, which took him about an hour, it was nearing midday now. He brought them back to their camp. He thought about making more rope soon, but... Tanneth felt tired and ventured into the tent, where he quickly fell asleep on the furs that they used as a bed.
