Tanneth smiled and glanced in the directions of the mountains. He let out a quiet puff of air and replied, "I imagine there's something goat-like there."
He looked at Red and paused for a moment. He welcomed her advances, and appreciated them, but she felt frustrated that she couldn't pursue it. Tanneth let his mind drift and remembered what she mentioned earlier and decided to comment, his voice calm and true.
"Love..." Tanneth turned to face Red, "We should have a talk." Tanneth oriented his body to face Red, "First off, I will not stop your advances, I appreciate them... second, do you want to have kids? I understand that currently it might be difficult, since we don't quite have a house to raise them in... making a more permanent residence is next on my list of things to do. I'll also respect your wishes if you simply don't want children. What I need to know is what you want."
He let himself fall beside her, landing next to her. Tanneth remarked, "I- I just don't want you to be so frustrated by this. I'm here for you and I have no plans to be anywhere else."

Appearance: Red hair, blue eyes and a big fluffy red tail, standing at 149 cm tall
Equipment: A ornate quiver with a red fox carved into it, a longbow and three small knives hiding behind the quiver
Skills and Abilities: An amazing shot with a bow and arrow, Red is also very nimble and fast and a really good climber, stealth
Biography: It was the dead of night, Red was sitting outside of a cave, inside more of her kind were sleeping, the dawn was coming and they would often hunt during the night, Red was still very young and knew nothing of the outside world
As she looked up to the sky she heard a weird noise coming from the trees ahead, she quickly went inside in a attempt to hide. She was curious, what could've been that noise ? Where did it came from ?
She dipped her head out the cave, looked around, her ears shifted as she was trying her best to hear any other noises, she heard a animal squeal, maybe a rabbit ?
She followed the sound to find a small rabbit stucked on a trap, almost dead, she circled the animal on all fours, sniffing it and the trap, she stopped, and tried messing with the trap, maybe she could open it and have a free rabbit for herself
The rabbit had stopped moving but Red wasn't even close to open the trap, that's when she heard the sound of a stick breaking, she turned her head and her eyes met with the eyes of a human, she froze for a second, he had a bow in one shoulder and an axe in the other.
She looked at him with her eyes wide open, that was her first time seeing a human, the man stepped forward, she stopped back
"It's okay, said the man, I'm not going to hurt you," said the man, stepping forward one more time
She was curious about the man but also cautious, the man slowly put his items on the ground and said "are you lost ?"
At first he didn't notice the tail or the ears, walking one more step forward and with the light slowly getting more brighter with a new day coming he realised she wasn't a human child but a vulx
"Are you..." Before he could complete his words Red took off running, the man stopped for a second, thought to himself, then quickly picked up his stuff and chased the girl
"Hey, wait, don't go that way, it's dangerous," he shouted as he ran after her
Red was running in a completely different direction than the cave she was outside of, she was fast, and the man couldn't keep up, but she fell as the same time as a clanking sound could been heard, with no clue to what just happened she looked ate her leg
She had been caught in a trap much similar to the one with the rabbit, the trap had metal bits that would quickly snap together much like a bear trap but it was smaller, although it didn't broke any of her bones, the trap still hurt a lot and she let out a sharp cry of pain
The man found her quickly, he approached her saying in a gentle voice "it's okay little one, i'm going to help you okay"
As he reached for the trap, Red scratched the man's arm, in response he tried to calm her down, and slowly reached for the trap again
"I can get you out of there, I'm going to help you" he said pressing on a small lever on the side of the trap and pulling it open
She quickly tried to get away but couldn't , the man slowly approached her speaking in a calm voice "if you let me carry you, I'll bring you to my cabin and I will heal you." He patted her on the head and them took her with him, once on the cabin he took a look at her ankle "you won be able to move for a while, but i'll take care of you." He pointed at himself "Anderson." He did that a couple of times then pointed at her but she didn't knew how to talk "well, i'll just call you Red then"
For the next few weeks he would treat her, feed her and make sure she was worm. Her, in the other hand seemed to mimick him and was learning fast but still wasn't able to talk.
Everything stayed the same for a while, there wasn't much for her to do but Anderson tried his best to teach her words and even showed her his books but with no success, he told her stories and shared his experiences, but after some time she was healed and he decided to take her back
Anderson was visibly upset about that, it was he's dream to have a family but wasn't able to have kids but the forest was her home. He took her to the spot where she found her, this time she came walking on both feet
"As promised, now that you're better I brought you home," he said
"N n n no" she said
"You can speak ?" He's eyes shot open
She pointed at herself and continued "o o o out a sider."
Although she was born with the others, she never felt like she belonged, there was some much to be learned and she had grown attached to the man

"eventually yes but, but a child would be difficult, it's too soon, plus I've dealt with being in heat before, but I never actually had someone I desire, it'll be over soon anyway." Red layed on Tanneth's lap as the night sky slowly rolled up "you know, you never recited that poem you said you were working on," she said

Tanneth smiled and began running his fingers through Red's hair. He would prune anything, if he found anything. Tanneth commented, with his infamous cheeky smile, "Well that's because I'm still writing that poem." He paused for a moment before speaking again, "That being said I should have enough to settle your curiosities."
In the forest we travel Our histories unravel Here we meet Together, we eat Under the stars
To adventure we go! No matter where we're fro! Take my hand and Let's explore this land!
We faced the woodland dangers And saved each other Even though we're strangers I know a way no other To go or to wander
Like a honey and a bee We became a unity An exploration of love I now know my behove
To be by your side Has become my pride To adventure we go! No matter where we're fro! We can make it very far
Tanneth concluded the poem and looked Red in the eyes, his hands still gently running through her hair. He kissed her forehead and spoke, "I think it's time I got to work, I can spin some rope in the night, before I sleep. Unless you want me to be here for a while longer, either is good."

Red listened to Tanneth's poem, her lips grew a smile as the words came out of the poet's mouth, it seemed that her love for him grew everyday "I loved it," she said softly "well," she continued "I'll let you make the rope, we'll need that, I'm going to patrol the area, make sure we're safe."
Red disappeared into the treeline after assuring she wouldn't go far, she walked around for a couple of hours and found nothing, for now it seemed they were safe for now.
Once back at the clearing Red went straight to check on Tanneth, and would sit quietly next to him and everytime she would look at him her eyes made it clear that she wanted Tanneth, she started to think that if that feeling didn't end soon she wouldn't be able to restrain herself, "Hun, if I am unable to control myself, promise me you'll stop me, even if you desire me as much as I desire you."

Tanneth would spend a good amount of time, braiding the yarn into a strong a durable rope. It easily took him an two or three hours to get around three times his height in length of rope. Tanneth feeling satisfied, watched as Red returned from her patrol. She sat next to him and he smiled.
After hearing her concern, Tanneth lifted the rope and joked, "That's why I have this!... I'm joking sweetie." His smile became softer and his tone more serious, "I promise I'll stop you if it comes to that... but you're strong and I believe you can control yourself."
He playfully booped her on the tip of her nose, "That being said, I might have to make this rope into a belt and make it more difficult for your desires to win. Maybe I should make rope pants, can you imagine that? Rope pants."
He smiled and hugged her, "Bee, you're stronger than you make yourself out to be. I trust you and I will do what I can to respect your wishes."

Red raised an eyebrow to Tanneth's joke about the ropes "I will bite your mister," she said jokingly, "I know I'm strong but..." She sighed, "but this will get worse before it ends."
Red layed down, looking at the stars "rope pants ?" She giggled, "that sounds hilarious."
She looked at Tanneth "Hun, you being so understanding and supportive makes me want to jump on you." She giggled "thank you, your words mean a lot to me."

Tanneth smiled and thought about kissing for a moment, before deciding against the temptation. If she was having difficulty holding herself back, it was likely a better idea to not tempt her into it. He instead embraced her longer, touching his cheek to her cheek, "Red, you mean a lot to me as well and I want to make sure that I take care of you the best I can. sure I have my own wants and need, but as I've learned from life, sometimes you need to be patient and other times you need to make haste. From what I can tell it all depends on what you want, combined with the needs of those you care about."
He stood up, reluctantly letting go of his love, "I'll be asleep in the tent."
Tanneth took a few steps towards the tent, before looking back and winking, "Also I should mention, make sure you don't pounce on me during sleep." He smiled cheekily, "It's a bit difficult to stop you if I'm unconscious. That all being said, I wish you the most pleasant dreams... and who knows maybe your dreams will help you with this. All I can do is make sure we're accountable."
Tanneth grinned and walked into the tent, removing his sling and placing on the ground by the hide bed, before getting into a comfortable position and falling asleep.

Red nodded, "yeah, you're right, also don't worry Hun, I'll take care of those needs soon." Red expression was one of desire but also one of frustration
"Goodnight Hun, sleep well, also don't give me any ideas please," she chuckled "maybe they will."
For most of the night Red watched over Tanneth, making sure if he moved while sleeping his leg would stay in a good position until most of the night was gone and she decided to take a nap

Tanneth would sleep for about five hours, waking up and seeing his love by his side. He gently ran his fingers through her hair, whispering "Good morning my bee."
Tanneth would drape a few furs over Red as a sort of blanket, and afterwards would put on his sling and left the tent. Tanneth considered what they needed next and it was a house. Unfortunately, they lacked the tools needed to accomplish this. Three important tools came to Tanneth's mind, a saw, an axe, and a hammer, these would be essential to the completion of their house project... and of course they lacked all of them. Tanneth had his knife, and Red her bow, but these were not tools that would immediately be useful for construction. They might be able to make their own tools, the process was largely unknown to Tanneth, since his tools of trade were handed down to him from his father, but his ever-resourceful father, taught him what to do when their iron shears had broken.
His father took the two pieces of metal and heated them over a hot fire, then hammering them on a large flat stone into one solid piece, once the metal became one solid piece, his father would hammer it into a long bar and bend it into a U-shape, lastly take the ends and hammering bevels into them, forming the blades. His father than took a rough stone and made the blades by hand, grinding the rough stone against the metal until it was sharp.
Tanneth thought about the process for a bit, he might be able to make a crude version of this using his previous idea for creating an oven. Thinking back on the memories of his father and that rare moment in his life, the force his father borrowed from their family friend, perhaps his father's best friend, had these bellows to make sure the fire was hot enough. These were quite simple and used ceramic pots with a skin to put air into the fire. It turned out that the oven was something they were going to need to make first before they could even make their house.
Tanneth took a patch of grass, perhaps twenty to thirty feet from the tent and began ripping the grass from the ground. If he found anything difficult, he would take his knife and cut it down, this process alone took the man around two hours to complete, leaving him a patch of dirt about ten feet in diameter. He would then begin digging a firepit in the center, perhaps twice the size of the one they had by the tent, this took him around another hour to complete.

Red moved a bit with Tanneth words, she layed on her back and was still sleeping, Tanneth would've been done digging the firepit when she woke up, her sleepy eyes searched for him, she approached Tanneth "morning Hun." She looked at the hole "I've could've helped you." She gave Tanneth a kiss "what's that for ?" She asked

"Bee... you need your sleep, that's why I didn't wake you." He said. Tanneth placed his good hand on Red's shoulder, as if a passive reminder not to take the kiss further. He answered, "I'm working on making us an oven, I was considering what we needed to make a house here and looking at it now, this is something we will need, no to mention but this will also allow us to cook more foods."
Tanneth looked in the direction of the river, "I could use a lot of mud and large rocks. But before that, I'll make you a basket to carry those. Give me a few hours and I'll have that for you."
Tanneth got up and walked over to where he left the rope, using the walking with better skill than he had been previously using it. He sat down by the rope and began weaving it into the shape of a bowl. It took him nearly two hours, but Tanneth would have completed the basket. The pattern looked as if the rope spiraled from the bottom with, with eight sections of rope, weaved into and out up and down the spiral of rope, these eight sections were multi-layered and kept the basked to a tight form. Tanneth took the basket and hobbled to wherever his love was, and asked, "Dear, would you help me gather some rocks for the oven?"

"I can help you with that, this house will be ours, so we should build it together, and making this oven is step one right, also, I can makes us a variety of food"
Red sat near Tanneth as he made the basket, she paid attention to the process so she could make it in the future too, once he was done she asked about the size of the rocks they would need and she went to the river

Tanned held up thumb; one, "Actually, I it's multipurpose. It will allow us to make clay pots, bowls, plates, and other useful items." Tanneth raised his index finger, "Second, I'm going to use it to make the bellows for our forge, which will let us make tools for the house building."
"Any rock larger than your feet should work, but smaller than our heads." Tanneth explained, "Anything brick-sized will work. Once we get a decent selection to start with, I will need you to gather mud in the basket so I can place the mud between the rocks and the rock layers,"
Tanneth would hobble over to the river with Red, looking for rocks that fit the size description, he gave earlier. Any that Tanneth found, he would place in the basket.

After gathering a fair amount of rocks and putting in the basket Red would take it, and with a fair amount of effort she was able to lift it, she brought the rocks quickly as it was heavy "I'm gonna go ahead, the longer I carry this the heavier it will feel," she said before going to the camp
After unloading the rocks,l the Vulx would go back in Tanneth's direction and as she met with him she said "do we need more rocks ? If you want I can fetch some mud."
Red wanted to help, of course, but by helping she would get distracted from her thoughts, although, everytime she looked bay Tanneth she remember what she was trying to keep out of her head she would stay like this for two more days and the last one would be the worst.

Tanneth shook his head, "That'll get us started, Let's get some mud and we can start making it."
Tanneth hobbled to the river and scooped up water with his hand. Red may not have noticed it, but Tanneth's arm barely flinched when he reached for the water, or maybe it was her imagination. After he scooped the mud with his good hand, Tanneth would place it into the basket and grab another scoop, repeating the process until their basket was filled.
The basket would be too heavy for either of them to lift and Tanneth would help heft it over with his good arm, keeping as much weight off his healing leg as he could.
